F. A. Roberts

So we visited the Lacon Cemetery on Monday, located near the Illinois River in Lacon, Marshall County, Illinois.  I was searching for the burial sites for the two small daughters of Francis A. and Elmira Roberts, Nellie and Mary.  Jean Fox thought possibly Alonzo Roberts may be buried also in this cemetery.  His death notice in the Henry Republican does not say where he is buried and FAG (Find-A-Grave) does not list his burial at all.
Bob and I walked the cemetery while Mom sat in the car.  It was a large cemetery, but all of the older stones were located in the rear, closer to the river.  We did find the stone of Alonzo Roberts.  Although this was not the Alonzo Roberts we were searching for.  Not sure how this Alonzo is related to our F. A. Roberts.  But I am sure they are related.

We continued our search on foot, in the heat, for Nellie and Mary Roberts.  We had walked the entire back of the cemetery.  We were heading back to the van; Bob had given up looking and was chatting with Mom.  I walked past this stone again on my way to the van, and for some reason I decided to look on the other side of the stone . . .

On the same stone.  Also on the site are several other stones.  Probably the original stones for the girls and could it possibly be the base of Alonzo's missing stone??? Is F. A. Roberts buried in the Lacon Cemetery?

Can anyone decipher the above stone?  Probably Mary Roberts.

Wonder whose stone was attached here?  Maybe Francis Alonzo Roberts.
